My first vintage dress.

Today has been a great day!
I was at work really early, which didn’t feel too optimal considering that I got home at 21:45 yesterday due to dyeing my hair at the salon. I also didn’t get much sleep because I had set the alarm for 05. Yikes.

Anyway, I finished work a little bit earlier than I normally would due to being at the office for 06:41. I did some shopping at the ‘Triangeln’ and as I was going home, I walked past the shop on Kärleksgatan (which basically means Love Street, but it’s nothing dodgy about that place even though the name is a tad special) called ‘Love Street Vintage Malmö‘. J had seen a dress in their window on Friday last week which he pointed out to me and said that I would look good in it – and I fell in love with it at first sight!
When I didn’t see it in the window today I decided to go in and see if it was still there. Luckily it was, and after trying it on and chatting with the nice woman working there (who thought that I was around 20 years old or so, which was a nice surprise ♡), I called J and and asked him if he thought that it’s a good idea to get it while showing him a photo of me wearing it.

Well… my very first vintage dress is now officially at home with me!
I’m super excited to wear this in the summer for a wedding that J and I have been invited to. However, I do need some proper platform boots, or super massive high heels as I’m quite short and the dress is very long. Sadly I couldn’t get a better photo, so here’s a crappy preview using my Sony Xperia XZ (not even showing the full dress).

(People say that I’m a skilled photographer, but I’m the worst at taking selfies. #thankgodforphotoshop)

Time for a cup of coffee (although I don’t like it and I’m not a coffee drinker), and then some gaming. J and I are going to look into Dragon Age: Inquisition. Need to somehow manage to stay awake.
